Things I'm building.
Two platforms in active development — one for the private markets space, one for sports prop research. Both built hands-on with modern tooling and AI throughout.
AltIQ Network
A networking and data platform for the alternative investments space — think LinkedIn meets PitchBook, purpose-built for private placements. AltIQ connects sponsors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and fund service providers in a way that existing generic tools don't support.
The platform is built on real SEC data — Form D and Form ADV filings — synced and structured to give participants a clear view of who's active, what they're raising, and who they work with.
altiqnetwork.com →SEC EDGAR sync — Form D and Form ADV filings structured into a clean, queryable database with thousands of companies across participant types.
Stripe-powered Premium Listings for sponsors who want elevated visibility with RIAs and broker-dealers on the platform.
Next.js 14, Tailwind, Supabase, Vercel, AWS SEC sync server, Resend for transactional email.
PayDirt Props
A sports prop research platform built around model probabilities, market context, and transparent result tracking. The goal is to give serious bettors a research tool — not picks to follow, but the underlying data and model output to make better decisions.
Transparent result tracking is a core feature, not an afterthought. Every call the model makes is logged and published.
paydirtprops.com →Model probabilities built from historical performance data, adjusted for market context and line movement.
Every model output is logged. Results are tracked and published — no cherry-picking, no selective history.
Research tool, not a picks service. The data is presented; the decisions are yours.
Building something yourself?
If you have a platform idea and want a developer with real domain experience, let's talk.
